I recently received an e-mail from Chrysler in regards to purchasing an extended warranty. With life being so busy, I was not able to explore my options until the Holiday weekend. Afraid that I could not get assistance, during the Holiday Weekend, I was glad to see the chat was open. Diane Roach was perfect. As a Call Center Customer service person myself, she answered all my questions efficiently and quickly. She did not give me a load of Sales pitches that were not wanted. I was able to purchase my warranty and she gave GREAT service. Thanks Diane and thanks Chrysler for sending the offer.
